  1. Cook the pasta al dente, drain and let cool.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces, set aside
  3. Take shell-on shrimp if needed, and I cooked them a little longer because of my husband's allergies, but you can throw them in a large bowl as you like.
  4. Place the ground turkey and other ingredients in a bowl along with the spices, salt and pepper and enjoy your meal. !!!
